General Conditions for Regain: Polish Punisher

1. Event Date and Venue

The event, "Regain: Polish Punisher," will take place on 31 January 2025 at Studio76, located in Etten-Leur.

The event is scheduled to begin at 19:00 and conclude at 01:00, unless otherwise communicated by the event organizers.

2. Ticket Sales and Entry

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
Tickets must be purchased through official channels. The event organizers are not responsible for tickets bought from third parties.
Entry to the event is only permitted with a valid ticket and corresponding identification.
The minimum age for entry is 18 years. Valid ID must be presented upon entry.

3. Event Program and Schedule

The event program, including the lineup of performing artists, is subject to change. The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, change the order of performances, or replace scheduled artists without prior notice in the case of illness, unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that an artist is unable to perform due to illness, injury, or other legitimate reasons, the organizers may replace the artist with another of similar standing or overlap the set time of the affected artist with performances of artists already playing at the event. No refunds will be issued in these situations.

4. Artist Lineup

The lineup of artists is announced in advance but may be subject to changes. The organizers strive to maintain the integrity of the advertised program but are not responsible for last-minute changes due to illness, travel issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Artists may perform for varying durations as determined by the event schedule. Overlapping performances may occur in cases of logistical necessity, artist delays, or replacement needs.

5. Health and Safety

Attendees must follow all health and safety regulations in place at the venue (including any protocols related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns in case this is required again).
Security personnel may perform checks for prohibited items upon entry, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, and outside food or beverages.
Any individual engaging in violent, illegal, or disruptive behavior will be removed from the venue without refund.

6. Force Majeure

The event organizers are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government-imposed restrictions.

7. Recording and Photography

Attendees are allowed to take photos and videos for personal use. However, professional recording equipment or live streaming of performances is prohibited unless authorized by the event organizers.
The event may be recorded and photographed by the organizers. By attending the event, attendees agree that their image or likeness may be used in promotional material without compensation.

8. Liability

The event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. The organizers will provide first aid and emergency services, but are not liable for any personal injuries sustained during the event.

9. Amendments to Terms

The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated via official channels such as the event website or email notifications to ticket holders. By purchasing a ticket or attending "Regain: Polish Punisher," you agree to these general conditions and acknowledge that changes may be made as necessary to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and success of the event.
